I found the final drainage work on main lane complete couple of weeks. Water sump is progressing well and I think should be done by end of July. Monsoon rains helped to pack the roads and loose soil. During my last week's (6/26/10) visit, I found lot of foot traffic from customers checking their villas.

The entry portal work is almost complete. Now the project name is striking at the entrance. Looks good.

Good, sustained progress. Most villas construction picked up pace. Before the rains start, builder says that he wants to complete the roads and external plasting work.

Heard that all the east facing 325sq yds lots are sold out. I did see quite a bit of customer activity when I visited the site today.

One thing where there is no activity yet, is the Club House.

Road work is in progress and brick work for most villas is completed and plasting is in progress.
Entrance is getting a facelift with lots of porch and road work.
